Timberland i broke my ankle and was forced to wear boots for ankle support. i didnt need the safty to but it has not affected the comfort of the boot. i work 12 hour shifts and am on my feet most of the time. these boots were comfortable out of the box and had no break in time. i am highly impressed, am planning on buying another pair so that i can get these dirty.
